Yes! Many of our pieces can be customized with your preferred metal, stone, or size. We also offer bespoke design services for truly one-of-a-kind creations. Please contact us directly to begin the process.

Clarity and Imperial Hues Collections

Items in the Clarity and Imperial Hues Collections are handmade and carat weights may vary slightly. All diamonds are G/H color and within the VS range. Order processing times may vary depending on stock availability.

Icon and Reconceived Collections

Since the foundation of each Reconceived and Icon piece is a unique period original, carat weights are estimated. We do not risk damage by removing the gemstones from their original settings in order to weigh them. Each Reconceived piece may have various metals due to the reconceiving process. We provide a letter of authenticity to provide further details such as various stone cuts, metals and originating period.

Most of our jewelry is made to order and typically requires 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. If the exact piece you’ve selected is in stock, we will reach out with an updated, expedited timeline.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

Orders are typically filled within 5 business days of receipt and shipped via insured priority carrier. Due to the nature of the items, we require signatures upon delivery. If you require further expedition, please contact us.

Special orders typically require 6 weeks lead time.  We will advise you if it will take us longer to fulfill your request.

International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT taxes or duties.

Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, and we will do our best to fix it.

Stock items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  We must receive the item in unworn condition in the original packaging with the tag still attached.  For international orders, please notify us of your intention to return within 10 days and ensure that the item reaches us within another 10 days.  Customers are responsible for return shipping, including suitable packing and insurance for the full value of the item.
