1. Private Consultation
Begin with a one-on-one consultation with designer Mindi Mond to discuss your vision, how you plan to wear the piece, your style preferences, desired gemstones and metals, and overall budget.
2. Gemstone Sourcing
Mindi leverages her global network to source a curated selection of newly-cut or vintage stones tailored to your design. This includes options for center stones as well as complementary side stones.
3. Stone Selection & Certification
You’ll review and select your preferred stones. Once chosen, Mindi will secure certification—GIA for diamonds and AGL for colored gemstones—to confirm authenticity, carat weight, and quality.
4. Collaborative Design
Work together to refine the design using CAD/CAM technology, which allows for precise visualization and edits before production begins.
5. Handcrafting the Piece
Once approved, your design is brought to life by one of Mindi’s master artisans in NYC, using your selected materials and adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
6. Delivery
Your finished, bespoke piece is carefully packaged and delivered—ready to be worn and cherished for generations.
Please note: A nonrefundable consultation fee is required to begin the custom design process, which will be applied toward your final purchase.
